A Birmingham Alabama native, raised in the small community of Corner in Jefferson county, an now residing in Homewood, Melissa has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across the Birmingham area. She serves the entire area and specializes in home buying and selling, investment properties, luxury homes, and multi-residential properties. Melissa graduated with honors from Birmingham Southern College, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She then worked as an accountant both on the corporate and personal level, becoming an expert in current financial options. She has continued her studies through many national real estate classes and has become an expert on local and national markets, and the subtle art of negotiating property purchases. Now she brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home.
